This phone has severe shortcomings:- doesn't implement auto-answer- unable to define distinctive ringtones- unable to define custom ringtonesThese issues have been requested so many times in the forums, yet Snom doesn't even care to comment on this.

I like this product and review. This reminds me of the Cisco WIP310

Great product! BUT beware if you terminate more that one sip account you will not be able to see which one is ringing... perhaps so that you can answer them with a different greeting. Only the callers line id is displayed not the number they are ringing. So if that is important to you this product is left wanting. Here's hoping for a firmware update to fix this obvious flaw. |
